General Event Info
Below are some common questions about the Rokman Games Archery Challenge.
What are the dates for the 2026 ROKMAN Games?
The event will take place July 9–11, 2026. Night shoots will be held Thursday, July 9 and Friday, July 10. The full event schedule can be found here.
Where is the event located?
The event is held at Kelly Canyon Ski Resort near Ririe, Idaho—approximately 35 miles northeast of Idaho Falls.
Can I walk the course even if I am not shooting?
Yes! Non-shooters are welcome and can purchase a single-day non-shooter pass on site.
Registration & Tickets

How do I register for the event?
Registration opens May 1 at RokmanGames.com.
Can I register onsite at the event?
Yes. However, passes and reserved shot times are limited, and availability cannot be guaranteed.
What does my registration include?
All shooter passes include access to all four courses during open shooting, a lift pass, and access to the Ollin Practice Range.
What is the refund or cancellation policy?
Passes may be canceled for a refund (less processing fees) through July 2.
Courses & Shooting
Below are some common questions about our courses and shooting.
Can youth participate on the courses?
Yes. Youth are welcome to participate, and sidekick pricing is available. A waiver must be signed by a parent or legal guardian before participation.
What equipment is allowed (compound, traditional, crossbow, etc.)?
Compound and traditional bows are welcome. Crossbows are not permitted on the courses or practice range.
Million Dollar Archery Shot
Below are some common questions about the Million Dollar Archery Shot.
How do I enter the Million Dollar Shot drawing?
All registered shooters are automatically entered into the drawing. Additional entries may be earned through select social media promotions.
How are participants selected?
Five participants are selected in a random drawing held Saturday at 6:30 pm. You must be present to participate, and each person must take their own shot. Participants must be 18 years or older.
Do participants win anything even if they miss?
Yes! All five participants receive a prize package, regardless of the outcome of their shot.
Who is not eligible to participate?
Professional, Olympic, and collegiate archers, as well as employees of Rokman Games and Rokman Waterproof, are not eligible to participate.
Are spectators allowed at the Million Dollar Shot?
Absolutely! The more the merrier. In addition to the Million Dollar Shot, we’ll also host the competitive shot finals and prize giveaways—including the live drawing for the ROKMAN Games Can-Am Giveaway. One lucky winner will go home with a 2026 Can-Am Defender. *
Schedule & Activities
Below are some common questions about the schedule and activities.
What activities are available besides shooting?
The ROKMAN Games is designed for the whole family. Enjoy the Gathering Area with outdoor industry vendors, take a scenic chairlift ride to the summit, or join us Friday night for the After Party dinner and auction. Full details can be found here.
When is the mountaintop auction?
The After Party will be held Friday, July 10 and begins at 7:00 pm. Lift loading begins at 6:00 pm. More details on tables and single tickets can be found here.
Will there be live music and entertainment?
Yes! The Friday night After Party includes live music and a live auction benefiting our official conservation partner, the Mule Deer Foundation.
Food & Vendors
Below are some common questions about food and vendors.
Will Big Jud’s be onsite all weekend?
Big Jud’s has a full-time location at Kelly Canyon. During the event, they will offer adjusted hours and an expanded menu.
Are there kid-friendly options?
Yes. Big Jud’s offers burgers, chicken options, great sides, and their famous milkshakes—perfect for a hot July day. The full expanded menu will be announced closer to the event.
Can I bring my own food and drinks?
Absolutely. Please remember we are on both private property and National Forest land, and we ask that you leave the area better than you found it.
Family & Kids
Below are some common questions about families and kids.
Is this event appropriate for young children?
Many families attend with children. However, all courses involve hiking and uneven terrain. Parents are encouraged to use their best judgment based on their child’s abilities.
Are strollers allowed?
Yes, but trails may not be stroller friendly. If you are bringing a hiking stroller, please let us know so we can assist with transport to the top when possible.
Is the terrain manageable for families?
We’ve welcomed families of all ages, but the terrain is mountainous. Please use your best judgment when planning participation.
Lodging & Travel
Below are some common questions about lodging and travel.
Where can I stay nearby?
There are several hotels in Idaho Falls, Rexburg, and Rigby. Camping and vacation rentals are also available in the area. More information can be found here.
Is camping and RV parking available?
There are several nearby campgrounds including Mountain River Ranch, Heise RV Park, 7N Ranch Resort, Little Rock Campground, Kelly Island Campground, and Juniper Campground. Additional information can be found here.
What airports are closest to the event?
Idaho Falls Regional Airport (IDA) is the closest airport.
Accessibility & Logistics
Below are some common questions about lodging and travel.
How physically demanding are the courses?
Courses involve moderately strenuous hiking with elevation changes, uneven ground, rocks, roots, and uphill sections.
Are there lifts available instead of hiking?
Participants take the chairlift to the top of the mountain and hike downhill while shooting the courses.
Are there water stations on the mountain?
Yes. There is a water station at the top of the mountain near the lift exit, plus an additional water station with portable restrooms on each course.
Are restrooms available on-site?
Restrooms are located at the base lodge, at the top of the lift, and partway through each course.
Is the event accessible for those with limited mobility?
We do not offer accessible courses at this time; however, the practice range is accessible for guests with limited mobility.
Are dogs allowed at the event?
Dogs are not allowed on the lift, and the resort discourages dogs on property.
Is cell service available on the mountain?
There is some cell service, but it is spotty for all carriers.
Is there medical staff or first aid onsite?
Ski Patrol will be onsite throughout the event.
Can I leave my gear overnight?
There is no overnight security onsite. Leaving personal items is not recommended.
Are e-bikes or other mobility devices allowed?
E-bikes are not allowed on the mountain while the event is in progress.
Can I transfer my pass to someone else?
Passes may be transferred prior to the event. After check-in, passes are non-transferable.
What happens if weather affects lift operation?
We will make every effort to shuttle participants up the mountain using UTVs. Participants are also welcome to walk up the mountain using the road if they choose.
Weather & What to Bring
Below are some common questions about weather and what to bring.
What should I bring with me to the event?
Bring your bow and plenty of arrows. Broadheads are not permitted. Please leave bow bags in your vehicle.
Is there shade or shelter on the courses?
Courses pass through both wooded areas and open meadows. There is no additional shelter on the courses, so be sure to bring water, wear appropriate sun protection, and dress for changing mountain conditions.

What is the ROKMAN Games Can-Am Giveaway?
The ROKMAN Games Can-Am Giveaway is a sweepstakes where one eligible winner will receive a 2026 Can-Am Defender HD11 Limited CAB, awarded by random drawing during the ROKMAN Games on July 11, 2026.
Do I have to purchase anything to enter?
No. No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win.
When does the giveaway run?
The giveaway runs from January 20, 2026 through July 11, 2026. The live drawing will take place on July 11, 2026 at the ROKMAN Games.
Do I have to be present to win?
Yes. You must be present at the live drawing to win. If the selected entrant is not present, another name will be drawn.
Who is eligible to enter?
The giveaway is open to legal residents of the continental United States (excluding certain states due to local laws) who meet minimum age requirements:
18+ in most states
19+ in Alabama and Nebraska
21+ in Mississippi

How can I enter the giveaway?
You can enter in several ways:

No purchase is required for any method.
How does the free email entry work?
Email your full name, mailing address, phone number, email address, and birthdate to giveaway@rokmangames.com with the subject line “Can-Am Giveaway.” Each email counts as one entry. You may submit up to ten entries per calendar week. Email entries must be received by July 1, 2026.
Will social media promotions offer extra entries?
From time to time, we may offer optional social media promotions that provide additional entry opportunities. Details will be shared through official ROKMAN Games channels when available.
How is the winner selected?
One winner is selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period. Odds depend on the total number of entries.
What does the winner receive?
The grand prize is a 2026 Can-Am Defender HD11 Limited CAB (approximate retail value $34,799). Prize appearance may vary slightly from promotional images.
Are there any costs the winner is responsible for?
Yes. The winner is responsible for all applicable taxes, registration, insurance, transportation, delivery fees, and any other costs not specifically included as part of the prize.
What happens after someone wins?
The winner must complete and return required paperwork (including notarized documents) within a few days of the drawing to officially claim the prize. Failure to complete the paperwork may result in forfeiture.
Is this giveaway sponsored by Can-Am or BRP?
No. The giveaway is sponsored by ROKMAN Games, LLC and is not sponsored by, endorsed by, or administered by Can-Am or BRP.
